Main Services provided by NCRRA
To advance and promote in general the interests of residents, ratepayers and owners of plots in the Area;
To promote environmental awareness, maintenance of cleanliness, prevention of air, noise and any other type of pollution.
To enhance safety and security, detection and reporting of crime and endeavor to reduce and prevent crime in the Area;
To liase with the County government in ensuring the availability, standards and quality of services and utilities.
To encourage community participation for improvement of the surroundings and maintenance of a safe, clean and green environment in the Area;
To undertake and uphold recreational activities for enhancement of community spirit in the Area;
Maintaining and, where appropriate and practical, raising the quality of the Area’s basic facilities and services will require communication with Association Members, stakeholders in the public sector, and members of the private sector.
To encourage smaller subgroups of residents and ratepayers within the Area to organize more efficiently the activities of the Association.
To liaise and coordinate with other residents associations to accomplish the aims and objectives of the Association.
